Toni was a quiet man by nature. He lived alone in a wooden house by a stream in the forest and lived off mushrooms and rabbits.
Several hundred years passed and the world grew and changed around him until one day the government ripped down the forest. Toni came home one evening to find that he no longer lived in a forest and the stream had been forced underground to make way for houses and roads. Only his wooden house remained as it was. With no rabbits or mushrooms he was forced to go into the town and get a job in a bakery. He bought mushrooms from the supermarket that had been imported from Poland, and rabbit that was shot in Hungary.
But it was alright because the government ripped it all down a while later with bombs. No one ever came back after that, except for the rabbits and the mushrooms.
